Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, German speaking

Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, German speaking based in Switzerland. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into practical CRM solutions. You will support the evolution of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, helping organizations optimize their sales and customer service processes. Working directly with German-speaking business users, you will lead discovery workshops, analyze requirements, and define functional solutions that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for assessing existing processes, identifying configuration opportunities, and documenting solution designs that delivery teams can implement effectively. This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation rather than software development. Operating remotely within an international consulting environment, you will combine German-language stakeholder collaboration with English-language project communication to drive successful delivery and user adoption.
