Who we are looking for The Quality & Training Analyst is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities required to maintain Tekna's quality system and ensure the organization operates in compliance with it, while also serving as a key resource for training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements. This hybrid role blends technical quality assurance execution with hands-on training delivery, ensuring that quality knowledge and standards are effectively transferred to the production floor. What you'll get to do: Keep Our Quality System Running Strong You'll play a hands-on role in making sure our products meet the highest standards, including: - Signing off on Device History Records (DHRs) to confirm each lot meets specificiations - Keeping our document control and quality system organized, up to date, and audit-ready - Calibrating inspection and production equipment to keep everything running accurately - Stepping in to support incoming inspection when extra hands are needed - Monitoring production testing and tracking defects to catch issues early - Leading internal audits to help us continuously improve - Digging into complaints, nonconformities, and corrective actions; helping investigate, document, and resolve issues as they come up - Supporting external and supplier audits as needed Help Build a Culture of Quality Through Training You won't just maintain the quality system; you'll help bring it to life for the whole team: - Design and deliver engaging training on quality standards, procedures, and compliance topics for employees across the organization - Create clear, practical training materials — think job aids, visual work instructions, and presentations — that turn complex quality requirements into guidance people can actually use on the floor - Lead onboarding and refresher sessions covering document control, lot signoff, calibration, and defect identification - Keep training records accurate and current, tracking completions and certifications in line with Tekna's quality system - Team up with Production and Quality leadership to spot training gaps and build targeted solutions that help reduce quality escapes - Continuously evaluate and improve how we train — through observation, testing, and performance metrics — so our training keeps getting better - Device History Record (DHR) Lot Signoff: Ensuring device history record is complete and acceptable for finished products - Document Control, Quality System Maintenance & Training: maintain updates, ensures documents and records are current and accessible. Ensures training is current for released procedures. - Confirming Calibration of inspection and production equipment is completed as appropriate to provide accurate results - Incoming inspection backup when needed - Production testing and defect monitoring - Internal Auditing - Assist as necessary with the investigation, actions, and documentation of complaints, nonconformities, corrective actions, and returns - Assist with external and supplier audits as needed What you bring to the team At least 1-3 years of experience in a quality analyst or technician role, skilled in working within a quality management systems and experience with internal audits. - Proficiency, or willingness to develop, with software programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat - Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present technical quality concepts in an accessible way to production staff - Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer expectations and impact to Tekna - Self-starter with an analytical mindset - Commitment to finding objective solutions through data and process improvement - Comfort and confidence facilitating group training sessions on the production floor We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
