D365 F&O Solution Architect Location: Kraków, Poland | Hybrid Employment type: Permanent (Employment Contract / UoP) About the role We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to join a global organisation planning to establish an IT Shared Services Hub in Kraków, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture and ongoing development of the organisation's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. You will work closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Developers and external implementation partners to ensure a scalable, secure and consistent ERP solution across multiple countries and legal entities. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of global ERP architecture, influence strategic technology decisions and contribute to the development of a new IT hub in Poland. Key responsibilities - Define, maintain and evolve the global solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Ensure architectural consistency across existing D365 F&O implementations and support the ongoing development of the global ERP landscape. - Translate business requirements into scalable, robust and sustainable technical and functional solutions. - Provide architectural guidance to Functional Consultants, Developers, Project Managers and other technical specialists. - Drive architectural governance, design standards and best practices across multiple countries and legal entities. - Oversee solution design for integrations, customisations, extensions, data flows and connections with other enterprise systems. - Evaluate new requirements and proposed changes, assessing their impact on the existing architecture and global solution roadmap. - Ensure solutions align with security, performance, scalability, maintainability and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and international IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions. - Work closely with external implementation partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. - Support complex technical and functional challenges, providing architectural direction and guidance on issue resolution. - Contribute to the global D365 F&O roadmap, identifying opportunities for standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement. Requirements - Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, core functionalities, integrations and extensibility. - Experience designing and supporting complex ERP solutions across multiple legal entities or international business environments. - Knowledge of D365 F&O integration patterns, data management, security architecture and technical design principles. - Understanding of Microsoft Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including technologies used to integrate and extend D365 F&O. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Developers, Project Managers and business stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable architectural solutions. - Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in an international environment with geographically distributed teams. - Fluency in English.
