The role covers paid campaigns, social accounts, audience targeting, creatives, and performance tracking. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Plan, launch, and manage ads on Meta, Google, X, TikTok, and other platforms - Manage and grow company social media accounts - Build target-based strategies aligned with business goals - Research, test, and optimize target audiences - Track behavior, engagement, and campaign performance - Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI - Set and track marketing KPIs and campaign targets - Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and placements - Coordinate with designers or create basic creatives when required - Analyze results, prepare reports, and turn data into actions - Stay current on trends and work with marketing and product teams 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 1+ year in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, or a related field - Hands-on Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, and TikTok Ads experience - Audience targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, and segmentation - Social account and content management experience - Understanding of ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and funnels - Ability to set, track, and hit KPIs and campaign targets - Basic creative judgment plus strong analytical, data-driven skills 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio, or similar - Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital product experience 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - North Karachi - Onsite, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Saturday 📩 To apply: Email careers@alasoft.co with subject line: Application for Digital Marketing Expert.
