Due to continued growth within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology and MedTech sectors, we are keen to speak with experienced Technical Sales Engineers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development Managers located throughout Ireland. The Opportunity Our clients are recognised market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of high-value engineered products, process systems and technical solutions to some of Ireland's largest pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and medical device manufacturers. Operating across areas such as: - Process equipment - Engineered systems - Instrumentation & controls - Pumps, valves and flow technology - Automation solutions - Packaging and production equipment - Consumables and technical services - These organisations have built outstanding reputations for quality, innovation and customer support and continue to invest heavily in the Irish market. The Role Depending on your background and location, opportunities are available across a variety of territories throughout Ireland. Responsibilities include: - Managing and developing relationships with pharmaceutical, life sciences and MedTech customers - Identifying and securing new business opportunities - Providing technical and commercial support to clients - Working closely with engineering, operations and project teams - Delivering solution-based sales presentations - Managing quotations, tenders and contract negotiations - Driving revenue growth within your assigned territory The Person We are interested in speaking with candidates who have: - A proven track record in technical sales, engineering sales or business development - Experience selling technical or engineered products and solutions - Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, MedTech, process manufacturing, food & beverage, chemicals or other regulated industries - Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills - An engineering qualification or technical background would be a distinct advantage Why Apply? - Join quality global manufacturers with strong brand recognition - Excellent career progression opportunities - Growing sector with significant investment across Ireland - Strong earning potential with competitive salary and bonus structures - Company vehicle/car allowance and benefits packages available Salary Base: €70,000 - 80,000 Comms: €10,000 - 20,000 Car, pension Territories and product portfolios will be assigned based on candidate location, experience and market background.
