As a Cloud Support Administrator, you will help maintain, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure for a diverse portfolio of clients using Microsoft Azure and modern enterprise technologies. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage critical incidents, and ensure reliable cloud operations in accordance with established service standards. Working across networking, security, disaster recovery, and infrastructure automation, you will contribute to resilient and scalable client environments. You will also implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and scripting workflows to improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency. Collaborating with technical teams and customers, you will translate complex challenges into practical solutions while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and compliance.
