Senior Health Researcher

This fully remote role provides senior-level health services research and implementation science expertise within the Military Health System. You will evaluate healthcare programs, synthesize scientific evidence, and translate research into practical recommendations for improving care. The position combines research, program evaluation, strategic analysis, and healthcare improvement across complex government initiatives. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practices. The role offers an opportunity to influence healthcare delivery, readiness, performance, and patient outcomes through data-driven insights. You will develop high-impact reports, executive briefings, technical products, and other resources for senior decision-makers.
