Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting based in United States. This fully remote role sits within the Controllership function and combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on corporate accounting operations. You will own key areas of the monthly and quarterly close while providing guidance on complex U.S. GAAP matters. The role has broad exposure across financial reporting, equity accounting, technical memos, audits, controls, and accounting policies. You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to translate accounting conclusions into scalable operational processes. A major focus will be modernizing the close through process improvement, automation, and the thoughtful use of AI tools. Reporting to the Assistant Global Controller, you will help strengthen the technical and operational foundation of the accounting organization. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to combine analytical judgment, ownership, and process innovation in a distributed environment.
