Registered Principal Support Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Registered Principal Support Specialist based in United States. As a Registered Principal Support Specialist, you will support top-producing representatives by monitoring and responding to telephone inquiries and providing timely, knowledgeable assistance. You’ll also act as a sales partner to an assigned Securities Representative, helping support day-to-day business needs and client-facing activities. The role combines securities industry knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and operational support in a fully remote environment. You’ll work closely with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement meaningful departmental enhancements. Success requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality service.
