Head of Clinical Development, Pulse

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Clinical Development, Pulse based in United States. This is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for shaping clinical outcomes across an AI-powered cardiometabolic care program. You will guide the clinical strategy for solutions spanning hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, obesity, and GLP-1 support. The role combines clinical expertise, product development, AI governance, clinical quality, and external thought leadership. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Go-to-Market, and Clinical Affairs & Research teams to embed clinical rigor throughout the product lifecycle. A key focus will be ensuring that AI-supported care experiences operate within clearly defined therapeutic boundaries, safety standards, and evidence-based guidelines. You will also serve as a credible external clinical voice, translating clinical evidence and outcomes into compelling narratives for customers, partners, and industry audiences.
