WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action. - Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market. - Fluent in local language.
