About the Role As ERP Director, you will lead one of the most critical functions within Digital & Technology, driving a large-scale transformation that combines both worlds: successfully navigating a complex M&A separation while designing and building a fit-for-purpose digital ecosystem for the future. Together, we will create the target operating model, define the target architecture, modernize our ERP and application landscape, and establish the digital backbone that will support ANH's next chapter of growth. This is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape the future together with a talented global team and directly influence how a newly independent multinational company operates, innovates, and grows. You will lead a global organization of approximately 60 professionals (30 internal and 30 external), with full accountability for talent development, organizational effectiveness, delivery excellence, enterprise architecture, and the future operating model for ERP & Business Applications (SAP ERP, Ariba, SucessFactors, Opal, etc...). In this role, you will oversee multiple platform delivery teams across: - Marketing & Sales - Supply Chain & Manufacturing - Enterprise Functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal & Sustainability) - Architecture, Automation & Integration - Leading a team of Platform Leads, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery, lifecycle management, modernization, and continuous evolution of our global application landscape, operating with a strong DevSecOps and product-centric mindset. You Bring - Master’s degree with 15+ years of IT/digital leadership experience, including accountability for global ERP & application landscapes. - Proven leadership of globally distributed teams across multiple business domains (e.g., Supply & Manufacturing, Commercial, Enterprise Functions - HR/Finance/Procurement and enabling technology like integration & automation)., driving performance, alignment, and capability development. - Strong track record in enterprise-wide digital transformation, translating strategy into measurable business value across complex, multi-domain environments. - Extensive experience with SAP-centric ecosystems and enterprise applications, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery, lifecycle management, continuous modernization and optimization of cost. - Expertise in DevSecOps and scalable delivery models, ensuring resilient, value-driven delivery across a complex global landscape. - Strong business, architectural, and stakeholder acumen, including investment governance, vendor management, and decision-making in complex, global environments.
