In this role, you will combine deep expertise in Business-to-Business (B2B) integration and Managed File Transfer (MFT) with hands-on production support and platform administration. You will oversee complex integration environments, resolve critical incidents, support partner connectivity, and ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will span incident management, integration engineering, security, disaster recovery, and continuous service improvement. Working closely with customers, vendors, and distributed technical teams, you will help deliver dependable services that meet demanding operational standards. The position is remote, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, with limited annual travel and participation in a mandatory 24/7 on-call rotation.
