Join an international infrastructure team responsible for Windows, Linux, virtualisation and cloud environments supporting critical business operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining secure, highly available systems while driving infrastructure improvements across on-premises and cloud platforms. Your Tasks - Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure - Manage VMware, Hyper-V and hyper-converged platforms to ensure stable and resilient services - Monitor server, network and infrastructure performance using enterprise monitoring tools - Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents to minimise downtime - Configure, maintain and support workloads hosted in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud - Maintain Active Directory services, organisational units, Group Policies and related infrastructure - Improve monitoring, automation and operational processes to increase system reliability and efficiency - Deliver infrastructure projects, technical standards and operational documentation with global IT teams and technology partners Your Profile - At least three years' experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering or a comparable technical role - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux administration and enterprise infrastructure environments - Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V or comparable virtualisation technologies - Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure within AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform - Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and firewall concepts - Experience with monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds, Icinga or Zabbix - Familiarity with PowerShell, Python or Bash scripting for administration and automation tasks - Strong troubleshooting, analytical and collaboration skills with professional English communication abilities - Availability for occasional international travel to support projects and business needs Our Offer - Compensation and benefits aligned with local market conditions and the hiring location - International working environment with close collaboration across global IT teams - Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes - Respectful, inclusive and collaborative working culture - Opportunity to work with modern cloud, virtualisation and enterprise infrastructure technologies Time Type Full time
