Data Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design and develop scalable data pipelines to integrate information from diverse operational and external sources. • Model and prepare business data to support advanced reporting, analytics, and corporate decision-making. • Maintain and optimize data warehouse structures, ETL/ELT processes, and automated reporting workflows. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including controlling, data analysts, and IT teams, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure high data quality through rigorous validation, monitoring, and documentation of data models and interfaces. What You'll Need • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing, including strong SQL skills and expertise in relational databases. • Practical experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data modeling. • Fluency in German and a strong understanding of business processes and key performance indicators.
