Forensic Technology Senior Manager Dublin (Hybrid) | €100,000 – €120,000 + bonus & benefits | Professional Services Cpl Recruitment is partnering with a global, market-leading professional services firm to hire a Forensic Technology Senior Manager for its established Forensic Analytics and Technology practice in Dublin. The opportunity This is a senior leadership role in a respected forensic practice that combines hands-on technical work with real commercial influence. You’ll lead a team of around 14 professionals, own the delivery of complex client engagements, and help shape how the practice uses advanced analytics and AI. The position opened because the previous Senior Manager was promoted to Director, which shows where this team can take you. What you’ll do - Run complex Forensic Technology, analytics and AI projects for clients across a range of sectors - Bring expertise in digital forensics, eDiscovery and forensic analytics to client challenges - Oversee the design and application of advanced analytics and AI solutions - Manage, coach and grow a high-performing, collaborative team - Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders - Spot new opportunities, deepen existing relationships and contribute to an individual revenue target - Help build the firm’s capabilities, methodologies and service offerings in forensic analytics, technology and AI - Share insight on emerging technology, forensic methods and best practice, internally and externally What we’re looking for - 6+ years’ experience in Forensic Technology, Forensic Analytics, Digital Forensics, eDiscovery or a closely related field - Consulting experience, ideally in a large professional services firm or specialist consultancy (it doesn’t have to be your most recent role) - A strong grasp of data analytics and emerging AI. Exposure to machine learning, NLP or Generative AI is a plus - A track record managing and developing teams - Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills - A commercial mindset, with experience building client relationships and contributing to business development Interested?
