Director of Finance Systems

Take ownership of the financial technology infrastructure supporting a fast-growing digital healthcare organization committed to making mental healthcare more accessible. As Director of Finance Systems, you will lead the evolution of accounting systems, financial reporting, and automation to help accelerate the financial close and strengthen operational efficiency. You will oversee core platforms, including NetSuite, procurement and spend management tools, and financial reporting solutions, while driving implementations and system improvements. A key part of the role will be shaping the use of AI in accounting, developing reliable automated workflows with appropriate permissions, human oversight, and auditability. Working closely with Accounting, FP&A, Financial Operations, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Analytics, you will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
