The on-site Singapore role covers payment controls, banking docs, e-banking admin, and cross-region continuity. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Build and lead a new GTS team inside Group Treasury and set up a scalable global operations backbone. - Act as an additional global payment approver under established payment control processes. - Partner with Regional Treasurers on continuity, including coverage during holidays, turnover, or emergencies. - Support banking documentation, periodic bank reviews, and the annual bank audit confirmation process. - Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally for standardization, completeness, and audit readiness. - Own global e-banking administration, with timely updates and review under bank account policies. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 10-15 years in treasury and/or finance, focused on operations, controls, and global cash management in a multinational setting. - Experience building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services, including payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation. - Knowledge of internal controls, governance, audit requirements, process standardization, and operational risk. - Hands-on use of TMS and AI tools to improve efficiency and control. - Leadership and stakeholder management skills across regions. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
