Associate Director, Patient Services and Distribution Case Management - Great Lakes/Northeast Region

Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Services and Distribution Case Management – Great Lakes/Northeast Region based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced patient services professional to lead case management activities and support access to essential oncology treatments across the Great Lakes and Northeast regions. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal commercial teams to remove barriers to treatment and improve the patient experience. You will oversee patient case progression, troubleshoot reimbursement challenges, and coordinate solutions that help patients access and remain on prescribed therapies. By combining pharmaceutical industry expertise, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills, you will help streamline distribution processes and improve time to therapy. You will also contribute to patient support program education, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across a complex specialty pharmacy network.
