Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Mexico Business Development Team, where you will expand Flix’s footprint by building new partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities across the country. This is a critical role for accelerating network expansion and strengthening Flix’s market presence. It requires a strong hunter mentality, commercial acumen, resilience, and a results-driven approach. You will work with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with local and international teams. About the Role - Prospect and acquire new bus partners to expand the Flix network. - Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. - Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements. - Coordinate cross-functional launches with local and international teams. - Analyze market data to identify profitable growth opportunities. - Support terminals strategy development using market analysis. About You - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. - At least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a strong hunter focus. - Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding targets. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High level of independence with a proactive and structured working style. - Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written. - Experience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses is nice to have. - Advanced PowerPoint and stakeholder-facing presentation experience is nice to have.
