Infrastructure & Cloud Security Lead

For an innovative international technology environment, we are looking for an experienced AI Infrastructure & Cloud Security Lead to support and further develop a modern cloud-native platform landscape. Your Responsibilities - Take ownership of the AWS cloud platform and core infrastructure, including EKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and deployment environments. - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar technologies. - Lead cloud security initiatives, including AWS security controls, IAM, secrets management, networking, and secure infrastructure practices. - Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS and IT administration, including platforms such as Google Workspace, HiBob, and related integrations. - Collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams across Europe and the US. Required Skills & Experience - Extensive experience as a Senior SRE, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Lead. - Strong hands-on expertise with: - AWS Cloud Services - Kubernetes / EKS - Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Secure networking and cloud security best practices - CI/CD environments and automation - Experience with API gateways, secrets management, and enterprise SaaS administration. - Ability to balance infrastructure scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Fluent communication skills in English. Nice to have Experience with modern AI and agentic ecosystems, including: - LiteLLM - Langfuse - MCP (Model Context Protocol) - LLM evaluation and observability frameworks Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2.
