The role covers product questions through debugging Web3 and integration problems for a network serving more than 10 billion requests per month. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own and resolve support requests, from product questions to complex Web3, infrastructure, and integration issues. - Triage, reproduce, and debug issues with logs, CLI tools, scripting, and local proxies. - Document findings, steps, impact, and next actions for Engineering, Infra, Product, and TechOps. - Turn recurring issues into bug reports, product feedback, tooling needs, and process updates. - Partner with Engineering so escalations are handled with urgency and context. - Maintain runbooks and guides, and improve scripts and automation. - Handle billing support, including refunds, credits, and Stripe charges when appropriate. - Join daily support reviews, handoffs, and rotations. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 1+ years in technical support. - 1+ year in blockchain, or equivalent personal project experience. - Advanced scripting in more than one of Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash. - Knowledge of DNS, TCP/SSL, HTTP, and the Ethereum JSON-RPC specification. - Infrastructure as code with Terraform, preferably Ansible; Salt, Puppet, or Chef also acceptable. - Linux host management, proactive alerting, and monitoring. - Ability to set up unfamiliar software, document issues, and solve problems before they affect many customers. 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Competitive benefits in operating locations.
