Senior .Net Engineer

We are looking for a Senior C# .Net Backend Engineer to help our client develop AI-powered applications for AI Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, Process Analysis and a Digital Twin of the Organization to provide a unified, real-time view of your enterprise operating model. Responsibilities: - Collaborating with the Product Owner and the team to refine features, stories and acceptance criteria - Working with C#, .Net Core in an Azure Microservice environment - Working on performance optimization to speed up product response times - Assist with data structuring - Formulating solutions to technically challenging requirements - Adhering to existing coding standards and practices, and working with other technical leads to continuously improve these - Partaking in a culture of code reviewing and collaboration - Attending team meetings such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, refinements, and technical discussions - Partaking in presentations and code workshops Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in C# .Net/Net Core - SQL Server (T-SQL) - Performance optimization - Azure native technologies (i.e. App Services, Functions etc.) - Integration and Unit Test experience supporting regular production releases - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and S.O.L.I.D principles - Experience with Scrum and development in an agile environment - Exposure to Micro-frontends and Microservices - Experience with AI tools and their application in software development - Experience of mentoring and guiding multi-discipline engineers - Strong communication skills Nice to have: - Experience working on an existing production SaaS platform - Confidence with Git and branching strategies, versioning, dependency management - Domain Driven Design principles - Working in an automated continuous delivery environment - Experience with React - Containers, Kubernetes exposure We offer*: - Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible - A competitive salary and good compensation package - Personalized career growth - Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) - Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing - Education reimbursement - Memorable anniversary presents - Corporate events and team buildings - Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
