People Operations Coordinator

This role sits at the heart of a global People function, supporting onboarding, HR, talent operations, and employee experience. You will help ensure that new joiners have a smooth, engaging, and well-organized start while continuously improving the underlying processes. The position combines hands-on operational coordination with systems management, documentation, data organization, and process optimization. You will work across multiple People and Talent tools while exploring how AI can make everyday workflows more efficient. The role offers significant autonomy and is suited to someone proactive, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
