Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Head of Sovereign Platform Solutions to lead the development and delivery of enterprise platform initiatives across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering sovereign platform solutions that meet business, security, compliance, and operational requirements across cloud, hybrid, local, and on-premises environments. You will play a key role in shaping our platform portfolio, supporting clients in regulated industries, and ensuring successful project outcomes through thoughtful leadership, innovation, and strong stakeholder partnerships. What You Will Do - Lead the growth and evolution of the Sovereign Platforms & Solutions domain and project portfolio. - Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, quality, budget, timeline, profitability, risk management, and customer satisfaction. - Guide the design and implementation of sovereign platform solutions across cloud, hybrid, local, and on-premises environments. - Ensure security-by-design principles, platform hardening, testing, and remediation activities are embedded throughout delivery. - Build, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security practices. - Partner with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders to shape solution strategies and delivery roadmaps. - Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design, governance standards, reference architectures, and reusable delivery assets. Requirements Basic Qualifications - Proven experience leading and delivering complex enterprise technology programs and projects. - Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security technologies with the ability to guide integrated solution delivery. - Experience delivering hybrid and on-premises platforms alongside cloud environments. - Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud technologies. - Demonstrated accountability for financial performance, project governance, customer relationships, and risk management. - Ability to translate business, regulatory, security, and sovereignty requirements into effective platform solutions. - Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Fluent English.
