Consulting/Principal Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consulting/Principal Software Engineer based in India. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex Workday integrations and reporting solutions within a global technology environment. You will design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize integrations supporting critical HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and time-management processes. The position combines deep technical expertise with close collaboration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent teams. You will also help ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed Workday solutions across a broad enterprise landscape. The role provides significant exposure to Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, advanced reporting, and third-party integrations. You will contribute to continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex issues, and support major platform releases. It is well suited to an experienced Workday integration professional who enjoys solving business problems through robust technical solutions.
