Director of Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Growth based in United States. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a sophisticated customer growth engine in a rapidly evolving energy market. You’ll own acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, unit economics, and marketing investment across a diversified portfolio of channels. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll influence executive-level decisions around growth strategy, resource allocation, and long-term customer value. You’ll lead a high-performing Growth organization while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Brand, Creative, Operations, and Organic Growth teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across performance marketing, experimentation, digital experiences, measurement, and channel expansion. You’ll use advanced analytics, AI, automation, and emerging growth technologies to accelerate learning and improve decision-making.
