Senior ICT Technician

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ICT Technician based in France. As a Senior ICT Technician, you will take ownership of internal IT operations for a fully remote, globally distributed organization dedicated to open-source technology and smart home innovation. You will ensure employees have secure, reliable devices, accounts, and tools while maintaining the stability and security of the organization's server infrastructure. As the primary IT specialist, you will have significant autonomy to shape IT processes, implement automation, and establish effective security practices. Working closely with cloud engineering and leadership, you will manage everything from identity and access control to Linux administration and incident response. Your work will directly support employee productivity, data protection, and operational resilience across a diverse international team.
