We are looking for a Business Data Manager / Data & AI Business Unit Manager to lead the successful delivery and growth of Data & AI engagements across strategic customers. This is a hybrid business, delivery and client leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys operating between senior business stakeholders, customers and technical teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop strategic customer relationships • Own and lead Data & AI delivery programmes • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to high-quality standards • Act as the senior point of contact for key customers • Lead and develop delivery teams across data, AI and cloud • Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers and technology leaders • Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing customer relationships • Support sales, business development and account growth • Develop and manage Data & AI propositions and capabilities • Translate business requirements into actionable delivery strategies • Work closely with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud/data ecosystems • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the wider Data & AI business unit. 🛠️ Key Skills & Expertise: Data & AI - Data strategy & data management - Artificial Intelligence / AI - Generative AI (GenAI) - Agentic AI / AI Agents - Modern data platforms - Data & AI transformation Cloud & Technology - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure - Cloud data platforms - Azure Data & AI services - Modern cloud architectures - Data engineering & analytics ecosystems Leadership & Delivery - Programme & project management - Delivery leadership - Team leadership & development - Stakeholder management - Customer relationship management - Executive-level communication 🎯 What We're Looking For: ✔️ Experience managing Data, AI or Technology Consulting engagements ✔️ Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder experience ✔️ Proven experience managing delivery teams and complex programmes ✔️ Commercial and business development experience ✔️ Strong understanding of cloud and modern data platforms ✔️ Knowledge of AI, GenAI and emerging Agentic AI technologies ✔️ Strong Microsoft Azure ecosystem knowledge is highly advantageous ✔️ Ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills 🌟 Why This Opportunity?
