Microsoft 365 Consultant – Copilot & Collaboration (m/f/d)

This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup. Your responsibilities - Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption strategies for enterprise customers. - Build low-code solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. - Develop and optimize collaboration environments across Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. - Integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Microsoft ecosystem services. - Support customer workshops, solution design, and technical discussions. - Work closely with architects and consultants on international projects. What you bring Must-have skills: - C1-level German and strong English communication skills for DACH customer interaction. - 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform). - Experience delivering Microsoft 365 customer projects. - Practical experience with Copilot, Power Platform, or Microsoft cloud automation. Nice-to-have skills: - Microsoft certifications. - Experience with governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365. - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure services. - Experience with Copilot Studio or AI-driven solutions. - Strong interest in modern workplace transformation and AI adoption.
