Assistant General Counsel, Servicing

You will provide practical, real-time guidance across consumer loan servicing, collections, loss mitigation, and default management. The role combines regulatory expertise with hands-on operational partnership, helping teams navigate complex requirements while maintaining efficient servicing practices. You will work closely with Servicing, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, and external partners on matters with significant business and customer impact. Your advice will shape policies, procedures, customer communications, vendor relationships, and servicing strategies.
