Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a modern cloud-based technology landscape. In this position, you will collaborate with engineering and platform teams to establish best practices, improve system resilience, and drive automation initiatives across a complex digital environment. This is an opportunity to influence technical direction, support large-scale transformation initiatives, and help build secure, highly available solutions that support business-critical services.
Your tasks
- Defining technical standards and reliability practices to improve platform stability, scalability, and performance
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code principles and tools
- Leading the evolution and operation of containerized platforms to ensure secure and resilient application delivery
- Driving improvements in deployment processes, release automation, and continuous delivery practices across multiple teams
- Establishing monitoring, observability, incident response, and recovery frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Supporting capacity planning, business continuity initiatives, and the adoption of innovative operational technologies while mentoring other engineers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with a strong background in designing and operating large-scale production environments
- Advanced expertise in AWS, including cloud networking, security, cost optimization, distributed systems, and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container platforms, including architecture design, automation, scalability, and operational resilience
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation strategies, and driving engineering best practices across multiple teams
- Deep knowledge of observability and reliability engineering, including tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog, as well as incident management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
- Fluent English and Polish, with availability to work in a hybrid model, including regular office attendance twice per week
