They're now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams building it. The role You'll lead a team of 6–8 engineers, spending about 70% of your time on leadership and 30% hands-on in code, system design and technical investigations. Expect to: - Grow your engineers through regular feedback, mentoring and career development - Lead delivery on complex, high-impact projects and set the team's technical direction - Shape the design of high-throughput, low-latency systems - Build strong practices around scalability, reliability, testing and performance - Work closely with senior engineering and product leaders on strategy and priorities This suits a manager who still wants to go deep on the technical side, not someone looking to step away from engineering entirely.
