JOB OVERVIEW: Work from home, need to have your own private room and PC/Laptop to work. Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks. Able to work in morning shifts and night shifts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks. - Reliable and trustworthy in handling customer information and resolving inquiries professionally. - Able to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and quality service. - Responsible and accountable for customer issues, follow-ups, and service outcomes. - Disciplined in following SOPs guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience. - Good team collaboration with other departments. - Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methods for continuous improvement. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Can communicate verbally in Chinese. - Can understand & write in these 3 languages (English, Chinese, Malay) - Know how to use a PC/Laptop - Have basic Excel/Word knowledge - Can handle job involving repetitive tasks - Fast typing speed Originally posted on Himalayas
