Technical Growth Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Growth Lead based in Netherlands. This is a hands-on growth leadership role focused on turning developer interest into measurable activation and qualified pipeline. You’ll own the funnel from signup through activation and sales opportunity, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Design, Content, and company leadership. The role combines growth strategy with technical execution, requiring you to build experiments, demos, campaigns, lifecycle programs, and data-driven reporting yourself. You’ll also explore emerging AI-native channels and workflows to discover new ways of reaching and converting technical audiences. Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes, with rapid experimentation and fast resource reallocation at the heart of the role.
