The role owns the two surfaces every customer touches first and trusts most: money movement and identity. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own ramps: money in and out across ACH, wires, SEPA, local rails, and crypto on/off ramps, plus provider strategy, new corridors, and unit economics - Own identity: onboarding that remembers who the user is, reusable verified credentials, attestation, and business identity - Report directly to the CTO and lead 2 to 3 engineering leads 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 8+ years in product, including leadership scope, with ownership of outcomes - Hands-on work with crypto on/off ramps, banking integrations, and Ethereum-based products - Built KYC/KYB or identity verification products and can discuss AML with compliance - AI-first in daily workflow - Must be based in and authorized to work in the U.S. 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Crypto as a hobby: wallets, protocols, and strong opinions about onchain payments 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Real autonomy, no committees, and room to grow scope quickly - Fully remote in the U.S. and unlimited PTO 📩 To apply: DM Paula Caraballo on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paula-caraballo.
