Software Engineer

Overview:Kreative Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain software for our clients' systems. You will turn requirements into working, tested code as part of an Agile team. The ideal candidate is a capable problem-solver who writes clean code and enjoys learning. You should be comfortable owning features and collaborating closely with teammates. Duties/Responsibilities: - • Designs, develops and tests software features and fixes. - • Builds and maintains APIs, services and database interactions. - • Writes unit and integration tests. - • Participates in code reviews and design discussions. - • Troubleshoots defects and supports production issues. - • Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. - • Documents code and technical changes. - • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - • 3+ years of software engineering experience. - • Experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language. - • Experience with SQL and relational databases. - • Experience with Git and Agile development practices. - • Strong written and verbal communication skills. - • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - • Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers. Preferred Qualifications: - • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - • Experience supporting federal government contracts.
