This is a specialist team that accelerates engineering innovation across the business, and is separate from the traditional Core Infrastructure function. Responsible for building the platforms, tooling and automation that enable hundreds of engineers and quantitative researchers to develop, deploy and operate software more efficiently. You'll work closely with Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Quant Development, Infrastructure and Research teams to remove friction, improve productivity and help shape the next generation of the firm's platform. This is more than traditional Linux administration or Kubernetes operations. You'll design platforms, improve CI/CD, expand GitOps capabilities, integrate modern AI engineering tools, and automate infrastructure at scale.
