This role is focused on strengthening an employer brand through engaging digital experiences, compelling content, and data-driven optimisation. You’ll manage and enhance the digital ecosystem that supports careers, recruitment campaigns, landing pages, and other candidate touchpoints. Working across HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, IT, and external partners, you’ll help turn the Employee Value Proposition into meaningful digital experiences. You’ll have a direct impact on how prospective talent discovers, engages with, and navigates career opportunities online. The position combines content management, website experience, SEO, analytics, recruitment marketing, and user experience optimisation. You’ll use performance data, market insights, and candidate behaviour to identify improvements and strengthen recruitment outcomes.
