The role owns technical searches end-to-end in a fast-moving hiring market. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from kickoff and market mapping through offer and close - Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define what great looks like and set hiring strategy - Find talent through proactive sourcing, talent mapping and creative search strategies - Use data and market insight to change the approach when a search is stuck - Use AI across sourcing, screening, research, market mapping and reporting - Help improve MoonPay hiring processes, tooling and ways of working 🔑 Requirements set by the company: - Significant technical recruiting experience in fast-moving technology or product organisations - Deep experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security - Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills beyond the obvious candidate pool - Comfort with fast-paced work, high ownership, and influencing hiring managers - Strong practical use of AI in recruiting and a deep understanding of crypto and fintech 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Product and Design recruitment experience 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Competitive salary, equity for all employees, pay-for-performance equity bonus, and a Moonshot award ($250,000 equity grant for 20 employees a year) - Pension from day one, 10K USDC referral reward, flexible time off, year-end recharge, birthday leave, and enhanced parental leave - Hybrid or fully remote work, private healthcare, Wellhub, AI tools, $1,000 annual training budget, and company offsites 📩 To apply: Apply: https://jobs.lever.co/moonpay/4d55b639-e142-48d8-8dac-fbb2a63e2768/apply.
