Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gather recruitment requirements, analyze job descriptions, and build suitable hiring plans for each position. Proactively source and expand candidate pipelines through channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TopCV, IT communities, networking, referrals, and other recruitment platforms. Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, mindset, and career orientation. Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline to ensure recruitment progress and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews, support offer negotiation, and accompany candidates during the onboarding process. Prepare periodic recruitment reports including hiring performance, pipeline status, sourcing channels, hiring conversion rates, and related recruitment metrics. Propose solutions to optimize recruitment processes, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance candidate quality. Participate in building and developing Employer Branding activities across recruitment platforms and social media channels. Collaborate in creating recruitment content and storytelling about the working environment, company culture, and employer image to attract high-quality candidates. Support mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing for Junior/Fresher team members; participate in leading recruitment campaigns when required.
