Corporate Security Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Security Manager based in Switzerland. As Corporate Security Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy across international operations. You will oversee internal investigations, fraud prevention, employee-related security risks, background screening, and physical security. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of specialists, strengthen investigation standards, and ensure effective risk mitigation across sensitive business functions. Working closely with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Cyber Defense, and operational leaders, you will turn investigation findings into practical control improvements. You will also contribute to crisis preparedness, executive safety, and business continuity initiatives.
