Location: Poland (remote) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: mid/senior Contract type: B2B Contract Contract duration: 12 months with a strong possibility of later extension. About the Role We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready Azure cloud platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing cloud foundations, implementing governance frameworks, automating infrastructure deployment, and enabling application teams to successfully build and operate cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Azure platform expertise with experience in cloud architecture, security, networking, and infrastructure automation. Required Experience: - 5+ years of total professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or related technology roles. - 3+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based cloud platforms. - Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments and platform services. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Azure platform architectures that support scalable and secure cloud adoption. - Develop and maintain Azure Landing Zones aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. - Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, controls, and operational frameworks. - Design and manage Azure networking architectures, including connectivity, segmentation, and hybrid-cloud integrations. - Implement and maintain cloud security controls and identity management solutions. - Build, deploy, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments. - Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure access and compliance requirements. - Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. - Design and expose Platform APIs to enable self-service capabilities and platform consumption by engineering teams. - Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application teams to drive cloud platform adoption and modernization initiatives.
