You will design, develop, and operate production-grade services in Ruby and Go while contributing to scalable and reliable distributed systems. The position offers broad technical influence through cross-team architecture discussions, system design, and platform strategy. You will translate client application needs into reusable platform solutions and identify opportunities to extract common functionality into shared components. You will work closely with product teams and domain engineers across mobile, desktop, CLI, and backend environments. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, incident response, mentoring, and a strong focus on reliability and observability.
