The role designs systems that make compliance and legal operations more efficient and scalable. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Support Legal, Compliance, and the MLRO on policy reviews, file delivery, remediation tracking, and technical support. - Track compliance needs for new launches and coordinate action items. - Design AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, memory, tool use, subagents, and multi-agent setups for law files. - Build benchmarks and evaluation methods, including datasets, annotation, and performance measures. - Improve retrieval quality, latency, groundedness, factuality, and task success. - Research and prototype for ambiguous workflows, plus related admin work under compliance rules. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 5 years in compliance tech, legal tech, regtech, or software supporting compliance or legal work. - Strong grasp of compliance rules and daily operations. - Bachelor’s degree required; AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or related preferred. - Production RAG: embeddings, vector DBs, hybrid search, reranking, chunking, preprocessing, multimodal parsing. - Agentic RAG: Self-RAG, Corrective RAG, adaptive retrieval, multi-hop reasoning. - LLM/agent skills: prompts, context, memory, planning, tool use, MCP, multi-agent systems. - Independent research, fast prototyping, strong communication.
