As a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst, you will lead complex analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, developing performance metrics and reports that support strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Working across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams, you will help ensure consistent reporting and effective oversight of delegated partners. You will conduct comprehensive audits, evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards, and identify opportunities to improve quality and service delivery. You will also support state and federal audit activities, including preparation, documentation, data validation, and follow-up on findings.
