AI Solutions Architect - Microsoft Azure

AI Solutions Architect (Azure) Dublin - Permanent - Microsoft / Azure AI stack Background: A leading organisation is building out its enterprise AI capability and needs a senior, hands-on AI engineer and architect to design, deliver and support production AI solutions across the business. It is a great build role that blends design, delivery and support, with technical leadership of internal teams and the confidence to challenge external delivery partners. Responsibilities: - Design and build Generative AI, RAG, document-intelligence and multi-agent solutions, and deploy them into production with guardrails and evaluation. - Apply secure-by-design patterns on Azure: private endpoints, managed identity, Entra ID RBAC and Key Vault. - Integrate AI across the Microsoft estate: SharePoint, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Event Grid and Microsoft Graph. - Establish LLMOps: tracing, cost and latency monitoring, groundedness and regression testing, with evaluation gates in CI/CD. - Support and evolve live AI systems, including incident triage and root-cause analysis of non-deterministic failures. Experience: - Proven, hands-on delivery of AI into production, not proofs of concept or advisory-only work. - Strong, demonstrable Python engineering, including how to test non-deterministic LLM code. - Deep, current Azure AI: Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Document Intelligence, with Functions and API Management. - Agentic frameworks in production (LangGraph or LangChain) and RAG retrieval-quality engineering on document-heavy sources. - Secure-by-design and governance, Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep), and CI/CD in Azure DevOps. Also useful: a React / TypeScript UI over your APIs, vector databases, and Azure certifications. Dublin-based, office-based initially with hybrid flexibility after probation.
