We are looking for a hungry, crypto-native Growth & Ecosystem Lead to become the public driver of our platform—owning user acquisition, trading competitions, creator networks, and community volume. What You'll Own - 0 to 100 User & Volume Growth: Build and scale a repeatable trading acquisition engine across Hyperliquid and multi-venue ecosystems. - Represent TOFU: Be the high-energy, credible voice of Together.Fun across weekly X Spaces, podcasts, partner streams, video product demos, and T-1 conference stages (TOKEN2049, Korea Blockchain Week, etc.). - Creator & Alpha Desk Distribution: Onboard active crypto day-traders, Twitch/YouTube streamers, and private TG alpha desks under aligned fee-share and affiliate structures. - Growth and Ecosystems: Work directly with partners (wallets, and prop trading desks) and foundations (Hyperliquid, BNB Chain). What We’re Looking For - Deep Crypto Derivative Literacy: You know what funding rates, basis arbitrage, open interest, and order-book depth mean. You can speak peer-to-peer with quantitative hedge funds and degen scalpers alike without confusing a perp DEX with a memecoin. - High Public Charisma & Presentation: Exceptional verbal English, natural camera presence, and proven ability to host engaging live video streams, Spaces, and executive pitches. - Network in Trading Circles: Direct, active relationships with crypto trading communities, derivative creators, or regional Asian/CIS alpha channels. - Autonomous Execution: You don't wait for tasks; you ship campaigns, analyze Dune/analytics data, and iterate weekly. Bonus Points - Established relationships with Hyperliquid builders or Asian crypto trading desks (Greater China, Korea, Vietnam, CIS). - Experience streaming live trading or producing viral crypto content. - Bilingual in English + Mandarin, Korean, or Russian.
