How you will get the job done - designing and governing enterprise-scale solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - defining architecture standards, blueprints, and technical guidelines for the Adobe platform - leading architecture design across AEM, AWS, CDN, and on-premises environments - designing AEM Sites, Assets, permissions, content structures, and Multi Site Manager implementations - providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project delivery - creating architectural documentation, diagrams, and solution baselines (arc42, UML, C4, sequence, and component diagrams) - driving architecture and security governance, ensuring compliance with platform standards and best practices - building and evaluating proofs of concept and recommending technology solutions - cooperating with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions - supporting the Adobe platform vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives Skills and experience you will need - fluency in English - experience gained in the position of AEM Architect - deep knowledge of AEM in a classic setup running on Adobe Managed Services and AEM Sites, AEM Assets and Multi Site Manager, including content reuse and rollout - strong understanding of the AEM stack, including Sling, Oak, and OSGi - experience in building AEM components, pages, and templates - experience in working with a design system and designing solutions based on AEM, AWS, and at times on-premises setups - knowledge of the arc42 standard and ability to document an architecture baseline - experience in architecture governance and security governance - knowledge of the AWS cloud at an architecture level and proofs of concept - ability to organize a team, kick off a project, and support teams during development phases Nice to have - experience with AEM Forms - experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services - experience with AEM as a Cloud Service What we offer Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
