The Role - Design and develop scalable data infrastructure and data pipelines. - Build integrations between core business systems and third-party platforms. - Establish data standards, governance frameworks and quality controls. - Develop automated reporting and dashboard solutions. - Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions. - Drive improvements to data accessibility, reliability and operational efficiency. - Help define and execute the long-term data strategy and roadmap. Your Skills & Experience - Strong commercial experience in data engineering, data architecture and systems integration. - Advanced coding and database skills. - Experience building and maintaining modern data platforms and workflows. - Strong experience with BI and reporting tools. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to delivery. - Essential experience working with financial, investment, private equity, venture capital, asset management or related financial services data. - Understanding of investment processes, portfolio reporting, deal activity, fund operations and financial data structures is highly desirable. - Experience supporting data requirements within an investment or financial services environment is strongly preferred.
